We hired Shade Group Inc. to replace our driveway culvert over the City ditch. We made our request through their website which was straightforward and easy to use and they replied promptly.  After sending them photos as requested, they came back with an estimate of the work and cost which were clear and complete as to what they would do and not do.  The estimated cost was reasonable.
